  • This category is reserved for our Guest Speaker and other special guests not required to pay a fee.
  • Event and luncheon fee for current Active, Guard or Reserve members of the U.S. Armed Forces, current Military Spouses and Gold Star Family Members
  • Event and Luncheon Fee for a member of the Fort Wayne Base Community Council.
  • Event and Luncheon fee for attendees who are not members of the Fort Wayne Base Community Council and are not currently in the Military.
  • If you cannot attend the luncheon but would like to make a contribution, you can do so here or click on the "DONATE" tab on this website to contribute any amount to our mission.
You may register guests through your registration, or guests may register individually and on their own.
An invoice with a link to "Online Payment" will be generated when you complete your registration. Online payment is requested.

  • A full meal (including gluten-free options) is included in the registration fee.
  • All registrants can register other attendees as "special guests", or separate registrations can be completed. 
  • Check-In for the Member/Guest luncheon opens at 10:45 a.m.
  • Program commences promptly at 11:30 a.m. with singing of the National Anthem
  • NIDIA Members who are registered to attend the NIDIA Mega Conference at IPFW on October 15 are considered pre-registered for this luncheon event and do not need to register here.
